What is the Feed?
Feed is the one-stop destination to share your thoughts, gather feedback, and post announcements. Like any other social media feed, Tigerhall feed also works on users following each other and interacting with posts they create. You have the ability to react, comment, and repost posts on the Feed.
How to use the Feed as an Admin?
To get the most of out using the Feed, it is a must to follow fellow users. Inform your team and colleagues to follow each other on Tigerhall (just like you would on Instagram or Facebook!). In doing so, you will enable your team to see each other’s activity on the Feed.
Capture the true essence of two-way communication by allowing your team to share their thoughts and learnings from daily work experiences or from content they’ve been consuming on Tigerhall. Encourage your team to interact with each other's posts through reactions and comments. Feed is a great way to drive a strong social learning culture that is rooted in meaningful engagement, intra- and inter-team discussions, and the exchange of real-life experiences!
As an admin, you also have the opportunity to send out organization-wide announcements which will appear on everyone’s feed even if they don’t follow you. This feature can be used to update your team/organization on important news, actions, upcoming livestreams, leaderboards, and new content uploaded. PS: Posts can’t be made to certain groups they can only be organization-wide using the organization-wide announcement audience setting.
To create your post simply head to the Feed tab on the mobile or web app and click on the “What’s on your mind” field to create your post. On this page, you will have the option to choose between various audience settings based on your access level within Tigerhall.
