Admin Portal Access Levels

Last updated: March 1, 2026

Access Levels control the permissions you can provide to a certain set of users within your organization. These are currently limited to critical features available within the Admin Portal in the Tigerhall Web app.

By implementing Access Levels, you enhance security, streamline workflow management, and ensure that your organization's data and resources are protected. This feature is designed to provide greater flexibility, control, and peace of mind when it comes to managing user permissions within Tigerhall.

Please be mindful that the Org Admin Access level cannot be deleted. This access level has all the permissions barring “Exclude from reports.”

What are the permissions I can provide with the access levels?

With Access Levels, you can now customize and restrict user capabilities in the following areas:

  1. View & Export Statistics: Define who can access and export statistical data, ensuring sensitive information remains confidential.

  2. Edit Users & Groups: Grant specific users the authority to manage other users and groups, streamlining user administration.

  3. Set Access Levels & SSO: Set responsibility for configuring access levels and Single Sign-On (SSO) settings to designated personnel.

  4. Create & Edit Actions: Specify individuals who can create and modify actions, facilitating efficient content distribution.

  5. Create Custom Content: Assign content creation privileges to particular team members, enabling targeted content development.

  6. Exclude From Reports: Set users to be excluded from content consumption data on the statistics page and reports/exports.

What are Admin view-only and Moderator?

These are two example access levels that we create for you when you first start out with Tigerhall. Feel free to edit or delete these access levels per your organization’s needs.
