Audit Log is a tool that helps admins understand actions taken on the Admin Portal.
What is the Audit Log?
The Audit Log provides you with a list of user actions taken on the Admin Portal. In this page, you will find a table that outlines the following information:
Timestamp of when the action was performed.
Who performed the action.
What action was taken by the user.
A link to the page on which the action was performed.
What filters are available for the Aduit Log?
You can filter the Audit Log by:
User who performed an action
Time Period
Activity Type
Search a log using the search field.
What user actions are tracked in the Audit Log?
The following actions on the Admin Portal are tracked:
When new accounts are created in the organization
When accounts are deleted in the organization
When a new action is created
When an action is made inactive
When statistics are exported
When an access level is changed
When a new access level is created
When an access level is updated
When an access level is deleted
When an action is deleted
When livestream access is provided by an admin to an end user
When an admin creates a content piece in the admin portal
When a piece of content is published
When an admin deletes a content piece from the admin portal
When an admin edits a content piece from the admin portal
When an admin creates a group in the admin portal
When an admin edits a group in the admin portal
When an admin deletes a group in the admin portal
When an admin removes access for certain users
When an admin edits information for a user
When an admin changes the password for a user
When an admin sets up SSO
How does exporting the Audit Log work?
We will only export data till the range acceptable in Excel files (1,048,576 rows).
Where can I find the Audit Log?
You can find the Audit Log in the Admin Portal Settings tab.
Who has access to the Audit Log?
Only Organization Admins will have access to the audit log.
