Week 6 – Scale & Sustain
Goal: Broaden reach and embed Tigerhall into culture.
Expand rollout to additional departments or geographies.
Use existing company-wide events (all-hands, town halls) to spotlight Tigerhall impact stories.
Publish ongoing success stories: highlight usage metrics and testimonials.
Provide leaders with summary reporting they can share with their teams.
Weekly CS review: Consolidate learnings, identify long-term sustainment plan.
Sustainment Phase (Post-6 Weeks)
Continue to report weekly or bi-weekly to track active users and identify drop-offs.
Schedule ongoing champion and manager check-ins.
Refresh the content strategy quarterly to keep the platform engaging and “sticky.”
Plan seasonal or milestone events (e.g., quarterly competitions, leadership campaigns).
✅ Outcome: By the end of 6 weeks, Tigerhall should be integrated into daily workflows, supported by managers and champions, and delivering clear stories of business impact.
