What does the AI Assistant do?

The AI Assistant allows all users to easily search for content across the Tigerhall platform.

As an admin, you can use the AI Assistant to find Tigerhall and Company content that meets the needs of your trail or assignment. Simply add the goal of the trail into the prompt and let the AI Assistant do the work of finding the content that best suits your goals. The AI Assistant also helps you modify content during the AI content creation process.

What are the three prompts I see in a new chat?

We provide you with three prompts to help you get an idea of how the AI Assistant works. You can use them as a quick search to find content or thinkfluencers under a specific topic, or find content of a specific duration.

How can I access chat history?

View all chats with the AI Assistant by going into the “History” section. From here, you can enter any chat and continue the conversation.

Does the AI Assistant remember my personal searches?

Yes, the AI Assistant saves your search history so you can reference searches as needed.

Is company data safe when using the AI Assistant?

Yes, the AI Assistant adheres to permissions and access restrictions to only show content that a user is authorized to access.

Is my personal information shared with external AI providers?

No, the AI Assistant runs within Tigerhall’s secure environment and does not share your personal data outside the platform.

Can admins see what employees search for with the AI Assistant?

Admins will be able to see aggregated usage insights on request.
