Engagement Score

A feature that lets you see your engagement score as well as the Top 5 most engaged users in the company. You can find this on the homepage as well as individual profile pages.

What is the engagement score?

We provide points to the different engagement functionalities on Tigerhall, such as like, comment, share, etc. These points are then added to reflect an engagement score for every user. The score is refreshed on a quarterly basis to build gamification into the tool.

What are the actions I can take to improve my score?

  1. Completing content pieces

  2. Rate content pieces

  3. Comment on content pieces

  4. Share content pieces

  5. React to comments and replies

  6. Replying to comments on content pieces

At what time daily is the score updated?

The score is updated at 01:00 UTC daily.

How often is the score reset?

The score is reset on the first day of every quarter at 00:00 UTC.

Can we remove certain accounts from appearing in the leaderboard? For eg: company wide accounts?

Yes, please raise a ticket if you’d like to omit certain accounts from appearing in the leaderboard. Most customers use this to remove their company-wide/mascot accounts.
