This integration will allow you easy access to Tigerhall in the flow of your work on Microsoft Teams. Here are some tips to make the most of Tigerhall in your MS Teams space:

👥Add Tigerhall Topics a tab to your group channels to stay informed of new content on your favorite topics. A message will be sent out to the channel every time new content is published under this topic. Users can click through this card to consume it. (Please note you can only add public topics at the moment. We are working to bring organization topics into this selection.)

Kindly note, for any errors during installation of TIgerhall in your MS Teams organization please contact Microsoft Teams Support for support. However, if there are any issues relating to Tigerhall in particular you can raise a ticket through our Support Portal.
Please note that you still need to disable firewall and whitelist Tigerhall while setting up Tigerhall for MS Teams.

Tigerhall will sit as an app within your MS Teams space. You can pin Tigerhall to your side navigation bar or add it as a Tab to your group channels for quick access!

No, there is no upkeep post-integration of Tigerhall in your MS Teams space.
How to buy a Tigerhall subscription from MS Teams?
Currently, you will only be able to access Tigerhall for MS Teams if you have purchased Tigerhall for your team. If you are interested in getting started in the social learning journey for your organization, please reach out to our sales team to book a demo using this form.

What does the timeline for the integration look like?
The exact timeline for the integration varies from company to company. We will work with your IT team/department to understand integration requirements and timelines.
Can I manage notifications for my entire organization through settings?
No, you cannot control individual user notifications on a global scale. If a user would like to mute notifications, they would need to go to their individual profile to mute notifications for Tigerhall. However, if you would like to make any changes to notification preferences in MS Teams, you can raise a request with our CS team in advance and we can support you.
Accessing Tigerhall Content In MS Teams Spaces
You have full access to all content on Tigerhall for MS Teams just like you would on the Tigerhall mobile or web app! Access content, livestreams, actions, feed and all your favorite your features just as you would right in your workflow.
Please note that you will not be able to start livestreams on Tigerhall for MS Teams. In order to conduct livestreams you will need to use the Tigerhall mobile app to do so.
How to share content on MS Teams?
All content can be shared on teams. However, you will need to keep in mind any restrictions to the content that may affect whether the receiver will be able to view the content piece or not. For eg: Organization content is restricted to be viewed only by people in your company. This won’t be accessible by those outside your organization.
In order to view the shared content in Tigerhall for MS Teams, please click on the “View” button in the shared chat. Clicking on the link will open the shared link in the TIgerhall web/mobile app respectively.
Can I display different content for different MS Teams spaces?
No, the Tigerhall app will remain the same for everyone who adds it to their MS Teams space. However, you can control what appears for certain cohorts/groups that you onboard into Tigerhall. This can be done by applying the Groups filter when creating content pieces.
What notifications will I receive in MS Teams?
Users will receive notifications around two areas, Livestreams and Follow/Following respectively. We are in the process of implementing all the notifications that appear in the Tigerhall app on MS Teams as well.
To view all notifications related to your account and activity, please use the Tigerhall Web or Mobile App.
As a user, how can I view my action progress via the MS Teams space?
Follow the steps below to view action progress via MS Teams:
Go to the Tigerhall app in your MS Teams space
Click on the Home (in the left side nav bar) → Organization section → “My actions”
Here you will find all your actions along with your progress dashboard.
Tigerhall Admin Portal in MS Teams
All Admin Portal functionality will be accessible through the MS Teams desktop app. You will be able to access Statistics related to action completion, content consumption and general app usage in the statistics tab.

Where can I view all the data and analytics related to my organization?
Follow the steps below to view data and analytics:
Go to Tigerhall in your MS Teams space
Click on Admin Portal → Statistics in the left side nav bar to view data and analytics on app usage, content consumption, and action completion
To view statistics at an action level, you can also go to Assign Content → Manage actions, click on the relevant action title, and scroll to the bottom to find completion statistics relevant to the selected action
