Tigerhall Communication Campaigns

On this page, you will understand how Tigerhall’s communication campaigns can be leveraged to promote and drive users to Tigerhall. Tigerhall communications include email campaigns, push notifications, MS Teams notifications, and in-app popups.

  1. Email communications are most often used to promote new content; upcoming livestreams/organization events, actions, newsletters, content recommendations, activation/login reminders, etc.

  2. Push notifications are enabled on a user’s mobile device, and are synonymous with the use cases listed above.

  3. MS Teams notifications can be customized in the app and triggered based on new activity, likes/comments/shares, new actions for you, etc.

  4. In-app popups are most often used for compliance purposes and organizational-wide announcements.
