What This Integration Enables

  1. Open Content Network (OCN) Connector
    Tigerhall content details (title, description, link, metadata) are sent directly to SuccessFactors via the OCN connector. This allows Tigerhall content to appear natively alongside other learning materials in the LMS, creating a unified learning experience.

  2. Content Completion Tracking
    Completion data from Tigerhall is passed back into SuccessFactors, giving administrators and managers full visibility into user progress. This enables integrated reporting across systems and makes it easier to track learning outcomes.
